2. About SinTam

SinTam is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers throughout Sri Lanka. SinTam is not the owner, manufacturer, reseller, or distributor of any products or services listed by users.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

SinTam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

4. Advertisements and Content

Sellers must ensure that their advertisements are lawful.

Users must not post false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.

SinTam reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice.

5. Buying and Selling

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions.

SinTam does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any product or service.

Users are advised to verify all information before completing a transaction.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

List illegal, stolen, or counterfeit products.

Engage in fraudulent activities.

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Upload viruses or other malicious software.

7. Fees and Charges

Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the platform.

Users are responsible for any taxes and charges related to their transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

The SinTam name, logo, website design, and content are the property of SinTam.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant SinTam permission to display and promote such content on the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

SinTam shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of the platform, transactions between users, or reliance on information available on the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

SinTam may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in activities harmful to the platform or its users.

12. Changes to Terms

SinTam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
